Westerville’s Uptown Review Board hears and approves the construction of a Northstar Cafe across from the library and a music themed mural for the rear of 18 North State.
Northstar Cafe will be built on the land across from the library on South State where the Japanese Tea House once stood.
The mural will be painted at the rear of Uptown Strings where the closed retailer’s music instructors will continue classes using the rear entrance for their customers. Pure Roots Boutique will move from West College into the front of the store sharing the space with musicians.
Both items are expected to be approved by city council.
