Pure Roots owner Nicole Davis sits on a stool inside Uptown Strings on State Street where she is moving her store in April.
Pure Roots is described as a unique retail boutique and gallery, featuring handcrafted goods and artwork from local artists and artisans. It originally opened in a smaller space on West college and almost immediately wanted to expand to a larger space. When the retail section of Uptown Strings recently closed Nicole quickly signed a new lease. The new arrangement will keep all the music instructors with private lesson rooms so existing musicians can continue their classes.
Look for a few changes in the front as she add her eclectic selection of art and handcrafts.
