Three of the hundreds of kids dressed in colorful Halloween costumes stand together to watch dancers on State Street during the early hours of Midnight madness in Uptown Westerville.
Kids, their parents, and costume draped dogs had their choice of entertainment, food, dancing, music, candy, and carriage rides to complete a summer of fun in Uptown.
