World War II veteran Bob Arn
Westerville’s World War II veteran Bob Arn stands at ready during the Memorial Day ceremonies to honor fallen heroes at Otterbein Cemetery. The march began at City hall in the morning ending at the cemetery for a laying of a memorial wreath by Arn, a 21-gun Honor Guard salute, speeches, and recognition of American Legion and VFW members who died in the last year.
