Three of more than 25 birdwatchers catch the first set of swifts entering the chimney at the Westerville police detective bureau building during a bird count in Uptown.
The group counted less than 50 swifts which is many less than the 700 counted last year using the chimney as a temporary house for their travels.
Swifts also used a chimney at the Masonic Hall for their overnight stay.
