Sparks from a mig welder settle to the floor of the Uptown Deli where construction workers continue to build the first deli restaurant with a craft beer brewery in Uptown Westerville.
Westerville was once home to the Anti-Saloon League and recently sold alcohol for the first time after 150 years of prohibition. The Uptown Deli joins a small collection of restaurants in the city that now serve alcohol.
