Recently I discovered that there ARE some good IPAs.
So let’s see who can make the BEST.
It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or experienced, kit or all grain! Just don’t forget that a good IPA has a balance of malt and hop flavor! Beers will be judged on overall character/presentation not to BJCP standard. A registration form needs to be turned in by FRIDAY March 21st along with 1- 20oz or 2- 12oz beers. Registration forms available on the website and at the store.
What goes best with beer? Pizza!! Pasquale’s pizza and pasta is providing some of their pies for the event! Bring some beers to share too!
First place gets a $25.00 gift certificate and first place certificate. Second and third get respective certificates at least!
Must be 21 to enter – ALWAYS drink responsibly
