Amy Winter paints one of the dressers she will use in her new clothing store in Uptown Westerville.
DeDe & Dolly Boutique will be a collection of new clothing with a mix of vintage, handmade soaps, leather journals and bags, artwork. The store is moving into the location where Encircle recently closed.
Amy also owns Edwin Loy Home several stores away on North State Street.
